Did a 1:02 run and did not record the evidence. So, I did it again, and I recorded a 1:03 run. I'm good with that. Please excuse the crappy mic, I did not turn on the white-noise filter; this was an impromptu video that was not thought out at all.

Pretty sure it's recorded gameplay - but it didn't say...so yeah more cinematic with a blend of gameplay
Turns out that speedrun.com has rules for this game where no mods are allowed - even cosmetic ones. I submitted it, but might not get accepted. It's all good though. For future speedruns, I'll just have no mods enabled. Got another recording uploading soon.
Looking back, this game is probably worth 99 cents.

Are you planning on speedrunning the other levels?
I think so, yes. Eventually I’d like to speedrun the whole game from beginning to end. For now though, I’m just focusing on the GTA 3 walkthrough, and then other full games soon after. But I will post more of these runs every now and then.

I still think it's like the dumbest thing that in the new HITMAN it counts as spotted if the guy you're meant to kill sees you kill them.
